A Passion for Teaching
Michael Burns enjoys teaching bassoonists of all ages. He specializes in Collegiate lessons, chamber music coaching as well as academic classes. Additionally, he teaches or has taught at several Music Festivals and in Masterclasses and Clinics along with teaching select students privately.

Dr. Michael Burns is the Professor of Bassoon at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) School of Music within the College of Visual and Performing Arts.
